Peugeot 208

Peugeot 208 body

5 Pros

  1. The Peugeot 208 is Made in France, which is so much cooler than Made in Japan. I mean really, how lame does Tour de Japon sound
  2. 3 cylinder engine is clever and fuel efficient
  3. Interior is nice to look at with a clever iPod like touch screen
  4. Decent rear head room – although rear leg room is a bit tight
  5. Fixed price servicing

5 Cons

  1. “Heads up driving position” involves a strange small steering that obscures the instruments – some people think it works – I think it is a little bit try hard (I am surprised they didn’t call it the “heads up driving po$ition“)
  2. Quite expensive when compared with other offerings from Japan such as the Honda Jazz and Mazda 2
  3. The 208 is not really a drivers car – wait for the GTi in July if you are desperate for a fast Peugeot
  4. No satellite navigation – a strange oversight given the large touchscreen
  5. Poor visibility

Concluding personality type: Poet: Quirky, interesting and unemployed
