Ford Kuga (2013 Second Generation)

Ford Kuga

5 Pros

  1. 5 out of 5 star safety from the Spanish built Kuga
  2. Pretty good around corners
  3. Capped priced servicing for 7 years
  4. Decent interior space (although rear headroom can be a little tight)
  5. Cheap entry level price

5 Cons

  1. Confusing dash that is hard to use (although it is a big improvement over the old model)
  2. Boot space is a little small and not as easy or versatile as other competitors
  3. No standard rear view camera (it is standard on even the cheapest Mazda CX-5)
  4. Fuel efficiency is not good enough in the automatic petrol version (although it is ok in the manual and Diesel), all the engines are too slow and there is no cheap automatic version (the cheapest auto costs 3.5k more than the entry level manual)
  5. The European Volkswagen Tiguan and Skoda Yeti probably have more badge value and the Korean Hyundai ix35 and Kia Sportage have 5 year warranties

Concluding personality type: Cloudy day: Not raining, but not really spectacular
