Toyota Landcruiser (2013 Series 200)

Toyota Landcruiser

Hoodless?

5 Pros

  1. Go anywhere ability. This is one of the reasons that the Toyota Landcruiser has been such a popular choice in Australia for so long
  2. The ability to seat 8 in comfort if required (although the boot space gets a little small)
  3. Extremely comfortable to drive
  4. Massive 3.5 tonne towing capacity and a huge 138L tank
  5. Very strong resale values, Toyota reliability and a recently updated 5 out of 5 star safety rating (check with our dealer that it applies to yours)

5 Cons

  1. Horrible fuel efficiency (the petrol V8 is almost laughable)
  2. The rear row of seats fold to the side rather than into the floor
  3. Not really for corners (on tarmac at least)
  4. Not the same badge value as the excellent Land Rover Discovery 4
  5. No reversing camera across the range and the interior, while well built, does not really look like a $100k car

Concluding personality type: King of the outback: does not mean it is faultless…
